Kit Instructions
Follow the 4 steps below to understand how to register, collect, prepare and ship your sample back to us for analysis.

Register your kit
Click on the button below that says "register my kit" and enter your kit code which starts with "ELVM-". You'll find this code on the collection tube. After registering your kit, you will be prompted to also complete a questionnaire.

Collect your sample
Open the collection tube and use the spatula attached to the cap to collect a pea-sized sample of faeces. Place back inside the tube, submerged in the liquid, and close the tube well.

Prepare for shipment
Insert the collection tube into the biosafe bag, close it well and place it inside the box. Remove the adhesive on the box to close it securely.

Send your sample
Your shipment has been prepaid. Drop it off at any Correos office and it will be send to our labs.
